Shipping policy

Orders within Australia

Orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched from our Australian stock location.

International orders

International orders, when available for your destination, are dispatched directly from our factory warehouse in Vietnam. They are not dispatched from our Australian stock location.

International destinations and Express shipping rates are being finalised. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering to enquire about delivery options and a shipping quote.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. The options offered depend on the destination and the order. Any delivery time shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; international customs processing can affect delivery times.
